LWA Membership
Members are required to live in or own property on Cove Road, Lakeview Road, Waterview Court, Old Pond Road, Stuart Lane, or Shady Glen Court.
The 2025 LWA season dues are $125 per household or $100 for seniors (70+).
Dues can be paid by check or Venmo

Checks should be made out the the Lake Waccabuc Association and put in the mailbox at 4 Lakeview Road, South Salem, NY 10590

Dues should be submitted by May 10th. If you'd like to participate in bulk pick-up**, please include an additional $60 with your dues. Donations are also welcome! Please indicate in the memo line of your check or in the Venmo message what your payment is for (e.g., Dues + Bulk Pick-Up, Dues + Donation).
This is a directory distribution year. All 2025 LWA members will receive a printed neighborhood directory. If this is your first time in the neighborhood directory, or you would like any changes made to your current listing, please send the following information to 4 Lakeview Road, or email LakeWaccabucAssociation@gmail.com: Full name(s), Address, Phone number(s), Email(s)
**2025 Bulk Pick-Up Collection Guidelines
● Water-based paint cans must be open and dried up (full cans WILL NOT be
picked up).
● Oil-based paint and cans WILL NOT be picked up. Please visit PaintCare.org to
find a location to drop off cans with paint (oil or water).
● DO NOT put out any construction materials (i.e., insulation, drywall, treated or
untreated lumber & composites, roofing and gutters, fencing, siding, ceiling,
wall or flooring tiles, studs, beams, plasterboard, cement, cement blocks,
landscape timbers, wood pallets or other building materials.)
● DO NOT put out any tires.
● DO NOT put out any brush, leaves, or logs. If mixed in with bulk, your bulk
WILL NOT be picked up
● Mattresses will have an additional $40 charge
● Only a reasonable amount of material will be collected per household.
Excessive trash will be refused at the LWA’s discretion.
● Items put out that are NOT PICKED UP must be arranged to be discarded by
the property owner.

Non-lakefront property owners may keep one powered non-pontoon-type boat at one of the LWA’s 4 docks at no added cost, subject to dock space availability, by contacting Ray Duffy, (914) 649-0744, duffycrew5@aol.com, OR Peter Bysshe, (646) 342-5210, peterbysshe@gmail.com
If you have a boat, kayak, or canoe on an association ROW without a 3 Lakes sticker, please identify and claim it.
We will remove all craft belonging to non-members, so please pay your dues and renew (or begin) your LWA membership.
